This selection runs the ThumbsBug program directly, where you can submit problem reports. The same program is used automatically to report crashes. It can send logs, crash dump files, screen shots, and additional information to help us reproduce and hopefully fix any problems you have.
It also bypasses the web site, so we can prevent a lot of the spam robots that submit hundreds of problem reports every day through our online form

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ThumbsPlus

Windows XP

C:\ProgramData\ThumbsPlus
Windows 7
C:\ProgramData\ThumbsPlus
In a domain environment, the domain manager can move this folder to an alternate locations. On some versions of Windows, you can move it to a different location yourself. In any case, you can place the database itself anywhere you have permission, such as a network drive (for sharing by multiple computers) or on a disk with lots of free space.
