Known Issues
The color correction for some Minolta and Olympus files has improved; however, you may be able to achieve better color by using Adobe's DNG converter (download from www.adobe.com) to convert them to DNG format. Note that the DNG converter conserves standard EXIF information, but not proprietary information (the Maker Note). You may also want to experiment with the settings on the Other tab.

Installation Notes
The plug-in requires version 7.0 or later of ThumbsPlus Professional Edition. (You can test it with the standard edition, but the loaded images will be watermarked.)
The installation will prompt for an installation folder. This is usually the correct folder (the last place ThumbsPlus was installed); however, if you have installed multiple versions of ThumbsPlus on your computer, you may need to browse to the correct folder.
ThumbsPlus will add the supported raw file types to the Thumbs.typ file in the ThumbsPlus folder. If a Thumbs.tdo file exists there, it will be updated so the new file types will be displayed. If you're using multiple databases, or your database is not in the ThumbsPlus folder, you'll need to use Options | Preferences | File Types to enable the new formats (listed under Camera).
