Database Not Found

This dialog box is displayed when ThumbsPlus fails to open a database when starting up.

The referenced database file may have been deleted or moved or the drive may no longer be available.

Create a new database. Select this option to have ThumbsPlus create a new empty database. You will be prompted for the drive and folder path on which the database will be created.

Open an existing database. Select this option to open another database. You will be prompted with a file open dialog which will allow you to browse your system for the desired database file.

Connect to an ODBC data source. Select this option to connect to a pre-configured ODBC data source. See File | Database | Connect for more information on connecting to an ODBC data source. This option is not available in the Standard version.

Exit ThumbsPlus. Select this option to simply exit without trying to open another database.

If the database exists, but you suspect it is damaged, you may want to give the -repair command line option a try.
